The staff at Costa Del Sol Pucallpa provided exceptional service.
Sadly, my experience was marred by several issues. The showerhead in my room was broken upon arrival, and it took a while for maintenance to fix it. Additionally, the lack of basic amenities, such as a hair dryer and items in the fridge, made my stay feel less than luxurious, especially for a hotel claiming five-star status.

While the restaurant had a modern feel and a decent breakfast spread, vegetarian options were quite limited. Additionally, it was concerning to see missing drain covers by the pool area, presenting a safety hazard.
